I have
only used this a couple of times, but am delighted with it. I had been looking
for some kind of electric grater, without success, and was about to buy a
compact food processor - but I have had a food processor in the past, and always
found them a bit of a pain, especially to clean. I have a jug blender and a hand
blender, so just wanted something for grating and slicing - I know these can be
done by hand, but grating carrots with a handheld grater is not my favourite
thing... This is a brilliant machine - well designed, so that it is easy to use
and very easy to clean. I have only used one of the attachments so far, but
there are five - three graters and two slicers, with different degrees of
fineness. It is nicely made, feels sturdy, and is fun with the different
coloured attachments. It is fairly compact, and the power cord retracts into the
back of the machine, which is great - only the plug stays outside. It is heavy
enough to be stable when using it, but light enough to store away and lift out
when needed. Time will tell - but I have yet to find any faults with it. A great
addition to my kitchen, for making salads and grating cheese with no effort and
minimal fuss.
